Shipping policy

Shipping method:

We offer FREE shipping. We currently ship our products within the United States only via 3-4 day standard/ground shipping. This is due to the nature of the product being perishable and how fast it needs to be shipped via express options.

Shipping times:

Please allow processing times of 1-2 days after your order is placed and transit times of up to 3-4 days. Orders ship from Connecticut/New York and transit time depends on your locations distance from our facilities.

Orders:

In the case of orders with Sea Moss Gel, in order to ensure its freshness and quality for our customers, we only ship it Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed from Thursday-Sunday will be shipped out on Mondays. Please be patient as this is our way to ensure you are fully satisfied and don't have a package sitting somewhere at the carriers facility over the weekend =)

How do I track my order?:
