Refund policy

All sales are final.

If your product/s have arrived damaged, please take a photo of the contents as soon as you can and contact us at: support@takeuntamed.com within 48 hours in order to process your request/evaluate the situation. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products being perishable and consumable, but in the case that there was a damage during the shipment we are more than happy to work with you to give you a full refund once we evaluate the situation.

Once your damaged item has been received/evaluated we will come to a conclusion on the situation at hand and process a refund to the original payment method at time of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
